Turnover Cleanings Include:

• Make bed(s) with clean linens provided by host 

• Dust surfaces

• Clean mirrors

• Empty trash cans

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

• Clean and sanitize toilets

• Clean shower/tub

• Clean sinks, countertops, and fixtures 

• Replace towels (provided by host)

• Wipe cabinet fronts

• Wipe appliance exteriors

• Check refrigerator for leftover food

• Check for guest damage

• Basic staging

• Replenish supplies provided by host

• Turn off lights, lock windows and doors 

• Send completion photos if requested
